Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with anything you buy online from Allison Rodger and if you are unhappy for any reason we’ll offer an exchange or refund within 14 days of your purchase.
Items must be returned to us in their original condition with their original labels intact and the items unworn.
We reserve the right to refuse items which are damaged, soiled, or with obvious signs of wear. Slippers or shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear.
Please return to us in the original packaging.
Returns must be received by Allison Rodger within 14 days of your order date.
Items must be returned via a trackable method. We take no responsibility for returned items until signed for on receipt.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, please email:firstname.lastname@example.org stating your invoice number, and your reason for the return.
Your notification allows us to process your return as quickly as possible. Please include a note inside the parcel with your name and invoice number.

Please note that Allison Rodger is not responsible for returns costs, or returned items lost by a courier.
Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 30 days, though typically take up to 5 working days to credit your account.
Please follow the ‘Returns’ procedure for the return of the item you would like to exchange. You can purchase the new item at any time as a separate transaction.
All items are inspected before we send them to you. However, if you believe your purchase to be faulty please contact us and we will rectify the problem as quickly as possible:
